We strive to provide a quality service at all times but if you consider that something has not gone as you feel it should then we have practice complaints procedure to deal with this.
You can write, or ask to speak with, our Practice Manager who will fully investigate your complaint.
Care home requests
Care home staff can submit requests on behalf of their residents registered with Springwood Surgery.

The duty doctor will review the request and provide a timely response appropriate to the urgency of the request.
Please do not use this form for a medical emergency.
Interim medication request
Please do not use this form for monthly repeat prescription requests. Online services should be used for the ordering of monthly repeat prescriptions.

Finding us
Car parking
The car parking at the surgery site is monitored and you may be liable to a parking fine if your car is parked for longer than the allotted time.
The front car park has a 1 hour 30 minute restriction on it and any cars parked for longer than this period will incur a parking fine.
The rear car park is for staff only and anyone parking there will incur a parking fine if their registration number is not cleared by the surgery.
